The role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance for WFP and UNOCHA portfolios in North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri provinces.

Compliance with donor financial policies
Partner financial coordination
Fluent in French and English

Experience with WFP and UNOCHA projects
Professional qualification ACCA or CIMA
Strong MS Excel skills
Ability to work independently under pressure
Good verbal and written communication
Local travel to project provinces
Key Requirements
First degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years grant management experience
Knowledge of GAAP and WVI FPP
Experience with Sun Systems, Vision XL, Vision Executive
Professional qualification ACCA or CIMA advantageous
