Key Requirements

  • 8 years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • PHR/SPHR or CP/SCP certification Preferred
  • Strong supervisory and operational managerial experience
  • Demonstrated competence in recruiting and placement
  • Ability to influence in the organization
  • Demonstrated organization and planning skills
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and change
