  • Source talent through social media, job fairs, agencies, walk-ins, and platforms like LinkedIn & Forasna, while building and maintaining a continuous technical and production talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to detect early signs of absenteeism or turnover and prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
