Job Summary

  • The Manager, Lease Administration performs a variety of analytical duties necessary to control occupancy costs, ensure lease compliance, resolve contentious landlord/tenant issues and support Business Unit and Functional Area initiatives while developing and maintaining strong internal and external business relationships.
  • Responsibilities include recruiting, training, coaching, and supporting Lease Administrators, reviewing landlord invoices for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring all opportunities to reduce occupancy costs are identified and followed up.
  • This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office per week at 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto, with a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 CAD.
