  • Preventative Maintenance schedule development

  • Experience with vacuum and RF systems

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years engineering experience in Fab Equipment management
  • Minimum 3 years experience in wafer bonding equipment
