Job Summary

  • The Network Engineer IV – Fortinet/FortiSASE is a senior technical engineer responsible for 24x7 operational support and optimization of enterprise FortiSASE and FortiGate Secure SD-WAN within a Managed Services and Network-as-a-Service environment.
  • This role serves as a Tier-3 escalation engineer supporting complex customer environments across hybrid, cloud, and global networks while collaborating closely with multiple internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • The engineer contributes to automation, standardization, and operational maturity by developing SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides, and mentors junior engineers while evolving the Prisma SASE managed offering.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years network engineering experience
  • Fortinet FCP-SASE certification required

  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications recommended
  • Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, WAN infrastructure
  • Proficiency with network monitoring and Visio
  • Must comply with U.S. government background check
