  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and/or topical medications as ordered by the attending physician or Medical Director.
  • Follow facility policies and procedures governing medication administration, including error reporting, destruction, and labeling.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs and other facility committees to improve the medication process and ensure resident safety.
