As a Compensation Analyst III for GEICO you will manage the administration of base salary compensation, job evaluations, market pricing, and salary structure.
This position allows you to take a leading role and have the opportunity to develop, analyze and recommend improved compensations strategies that provide solutions to issues in creative and effective ways.

7+ years related experience
