Job Summary
The Islamic Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for originating, managing, and growing the Banks Islamic banking segment in Botswana.
The incumbent will be required to deliver Islamic Banking solutions across Retail, Business Banking, and Corporate Banking clients, while ensuring full adherence to Absa’s Shari’ah governance framework and local regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the Absa Bank South Africa Islamic Banking team to ensure alignment to Group strategy, product standards, Shari’ah governance, and balance sheet objectives.
