Job Summary

  • Administer, develop, and manage the ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) module, handling onboarding, group memberships, tag management, work notes, and SIR-related emails.
  • Collaborate with SOC leads, CISO and DPO teams to validate requirements and deliver enhancements, while leading and coordinating ServiceNow Professional Services developers.
  • Support contract management with ServiceNow, including resource usage assessment and forecasting, and assist with broader MRO responsibilities such as access management and security audits.
