Job Summary
The Transportation Planner Co-op role will report directly to the Manager of Traffic & Planning, and will assume responsibility for preparing traffic and planning reports, as well as generating data-driven insights.
Utilize state-of-the-art Location Based Services datasets, including Inrix, Streetlight Data, and others, to research traffic mobility trends and metrics with a special focus on the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
Assist in the preparation of the 407 ETR Annual Highway Safety Review to support Highway Operations safety reporting, identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements
Studies in Transportation Planning, Urban Geography, and/or Transportation Technology

Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic
