This role serves as the department's lead for data integrity, reporting, and analytics-driven decision-making within SCADhome operations.
The successful candidate will directly supervise a team of three housing technical analysts while managing complex housing selection cycles and billing workflows.
As an essential personnel member, this position requires availability during university closures or evacuations as part of emergency response plans.
