Job Summary
This is a hands-on, generalist P&C role with a strong focus on end-to-end Employment Relations, working side-by-side with managers to navigate people issues.
You’ll own disciplinary and performance processes, investigations, and personal grievances, keeping us aligned with policy and current employment law, while keeping things human, fair, and pragmatic.

Key Requirements
