Job Summary

  • Plan and undertake scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including developing and enhancing equipment checklists for Enterprise Network and UPS System.
  • Perform break-fix duties for network services, including troubleshooting and problem identification, and establish TAC cases with vendors for complex issues.
  • Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to fulfill deliverables, service reports, and operational requests, while also leading small to medium-sized projects.
