Job Summary
Plan and undertake scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, including developing and enhancing equipment checklists for Enterprise Network and UPS System.
Perform break-fix duties for network services, including troubleshooting and problem identification, and establish TAC cases with vendors for complex issues.
Work closely with Service Delivery Manager to fulfill deliverables, service reports, and operational requests, while also leading small to medium-sized projects.
