The Flourish Home will house at least 6 youth between the ages of 16 and 20 who are experiencing homelessness, and Youth Specialists will facilitate a safe and stable environment for residents.
Job duties include teaching and modeling independent living skills, assisting youth with daily needs, and transporting them to various activities.
Part-time staff are offered a 401K match of up to $1,500, and overnight team members earn a higher rate of pay.
