Job Summary

  • As a Team Lead in the Vendor Clause Assessment Team (VCAT), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Bank's Global Procurement contract negotiations process and manage a team of VCAT Reviewers operating at the first-line of defense.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert for the review of risk-type and legal clauses modified by our Suppliers, providing guidance and support to VCAT Reviewers whilst proactively identifying and implementing process improvements.
