The position requires close collaboration with external diligence firms, custodians, and sellers to ensure timely receipt and delivery of all third-party reports and documents.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to facilitate complex closing activities including wire setups, trade system bookings, and bank reconciliations for separately managed accounts.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Advanced Excel skills required
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with loan transaction operations
Nice-to-have
SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or Sigma programming experience
Knowledge of residential loan acquisition diligence
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Experience in alternative investment fund management
Exposure to legal documents and investment structures
