The role provides effective maintenance and engineering support to ensure buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe condition for patients and staff.
Employees must possess knowledge of major building systems operations, valve locations, and all relevant regulatory codes governing inspections and testing.
The position requires working on a rotating evening shift schedule including Fridays, Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, Thursdays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years of trade work experience
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of healthcare facility systems and codes
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work without direct supervision
Nice-to-have
HVAC certification from accredited program
Universal Refrigeration Certification preferred
Commitment to patient safety and wellbeing

Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, boilers, or locksmithing
No professional certifications required but HVAC certification preferred if no prior experience
