Contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing, and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports company goals.
Act as a focal point for Nakilat Engine Cadet programme and Seafarers enquiries associated with training, Engine Manufacturers Specific Training and FOM.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
5-7 years of related experience
Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position or 2 years sailing in Senior Engineering Officer Capacity on LNG vessels
Strong working experience Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
