Key Requirements
Formal qualification in Workplace Health & Safety
Experience in similar industry or operational, multi-site environment
Minimum 2 years’ experience within the Safety field
Demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability
Proven ability to influence decisions and achieve balanced, practical safety outcomes
Experience implementing or rolling out safety systems
Solid experience managing incident response, reporting, and investigations
