Job Summary
Technical Field Support Manager provides technical support during the installation and commissioning of KONE products, resolving issues to ensure compliance with safety, process, and quality requirements.
The role involves providing remote and on-site support for installation, digital, PFI, software, and BIM related issues, as well as ensuring ride comfort meets customer specifications.
Responsibilities include training local trainers, participating in cross-functional reference groups, creating quality reports, and leading the technical field support team with appropriate KPIs.
