Job Summary

  • The Senior Specialist, Securities Eligibility & Onboarding is a high-impact role dedicated to driving the vision for issuer services and leading complex security transactions within the Canadian capital markets.
  • You will be instrumental in executing process improvements, managing the CDS Security Master File (SMF), and ensuring that mission-critical data requirements are met within tight market timelines.
  • This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - we are open to candidates being located in one of our Canadian office locations: Toronto, Montreal.

  • 5–10 years financial services experience
  • University degree in Business or Finance
  • Intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel proficiency

  • Exceptional ability to guide legal counsel
  • Strong mentoring skills and project leadership
