Salary
Base: $122,800 - $184,200 USD (Atlanta); Base: $116,600 - $207,200 USD (Other US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including stock grants
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years project managing ERP solutions
Experience implementing Workday or similar applications
Knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS business areas
Prior consulting experience with software companies
Managing medium to large enterprise deployments
Nice-to-have
Business development and service sales experience
Executive presence and strong influencing skills
Ability to travel 50 percent or more of the time
Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
Functional and technical balance in delivery
Key Requirements
Sr Engagement Manager (P4) level qualifications
8+ years experience for Principal Engagement Manager (P5)
Demonstrable experience in Higher Education ERP implementation
Working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS)
