Job Summary

  • Supervise the day to day operations of the Blood Bank department, ensuring laboratory tests are accurately performed and results are reported in a timely manner.
  • Directly supervise, train, and mentor laboratory personnel, monitor daily workflow, and ensure adequate assay coverage and proper staffing for all shifts.
