Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist credential required
  • Current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner license
  • High School diploma plus 2 years direct experience or Associate's degree
  • Ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs regularly
  • Proficiency with N95 masks and PAPR equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Care preferred
  • ACLS certification included
  • NPS certification included
  • Experience with arterial blood gases (ABG)
  • Collaborative teamwork environment

Key Requirements

  • Must hold CRT certification
  • Must hold current Arkansas LRCP license
  • Minimum 2 years direct respiratory care experience OR Associate's degree
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required
