The HR Specialist supports all Singapore employees across Corporate and Retail while operating in a lean, agile HR team.
This role acts as the primary HR partner to the Retail commercial team, providing day-to-day advisory support on employee lifecycle topics.
The incumbent is expected to proactively leverage HR systems, technology, automation, and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience.
