Key Requirements
High School diploma or GED with 2 years experience per year of study
Proficiency in schematic interpretation, robotics, electrical and blueprints reading
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
Experience with HMI, PLCs, and robots preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current or prior JR Automation experience preferred
