Collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and community providers to facilitate initiation of appropriate behavioral health services and ensures insurance verification and benefits determination.
Behaves in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of Saint Joseph Mercy Health System and maintains confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
