The Student Success Analyst will monitor student success outcomes, support retention strategy implementation, and evaluate peer coaching and other targeted interventions.
This position supports UAPB’s strategic focus on improving persistence, retention, and degree completion, particularly for transfer, adult, and post-traditional learners.
The Analyst partners with Enrollment Management, Institutional Effectiveness, Advising, and Student Affairs to ensure data related to transfer and adult learner success are timely, accurate, and actionable.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Education, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Higher Education, or related field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in institutional research, student success analytics, assessment, enrollment management, or related areas in higher education
Demonstrated experience working with student-level data, dashboards, or reporting tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
