Key Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer)
2 years and above of experience in hardware reliability, quality, or process discipline
Proven experience supporting NPI builds and resolving complex quality issues
Familiarity with QMS processes and qualification documentation requirements
Ability to support qualification builds, supplier visits, and occasional overseas travel
