Primary responsibility is to perform all levels of food preparation, including ingredient preparation and maintaining a specific station based on standardized recipes.
Responsibilities include areas such as garde manger, fryer, sauté, grill, middle, or other instructed areas, all performed in accordance with departmental policies.
Must be available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess the physical ability to access all areas of the restaurant.
