Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Pre and post-contract cost management
Quantity surveying services
Budget preparation and cost planning
Contractor negotiations and tender evaluations
Use of CostX or equivalent software
AutoCAD proficiency
Financial reporting and cost reconciliation
Nice-to-have
Strong prioritization and self-management
Hardworking and proactive attitude
Experience in construction, fit-out, renovation projects
Associate/Member RICS or working towards chartership
Middle East experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
3-5 years experience in real estate cost management
Experience with cost estimation software
Strong pre and post-contract commercial management skills
