Essential duties include assisting with transfers, ambulation, bathing, dressing, and preventing skin care issues through proper positioning and pressure relieving devices.
The role requires maintaining a positive, warm atmosphere while accurately charting care and reporting significant findings to the nursing and therapy departments.

Assist residents with exercise and mobility

Serve in maintenance capacity for therapists
Experience with PCC preferred
Encourage residents to be active daily
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
