Job Summary
The Donor Allocation Transplant Coordinator has responsibility for taking organ call for the transplant programs.
The Donor Allocation Transplant Coordinator facilitates acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant and coordinates the organ recovery with the transplant surgeons, Organ and Tissue Donation Team, Histocompatibility lab, Inpatient Units, Operating room and communicates effectively and sensitively with patients receiving the organs.

Key Requirements
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Four (4) years of nursing experience
Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License
Ability to obtain National Certification
CPR Certification
