Job Summary

  • Naveris is looking for a Sales Representative - Lake Erie to help us advance our mission of developing and delivering novel diagnostics that transform cancer detection and improve patient outcomes.
  • This is a true build role where you will be responsible for launching and developing a new territory, operating with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
  • In this role, you will engage a broad range of stakeholders—including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, head and neck surgeons, and colorectal surgeons—within multidisciplinary care teams.

Salary

$150,000 to $275,000+ OTE

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 7+ years in healthcare sales
  • 5+ years in a start-up or high-growth environment
  • 3+ years selling LDTs to oncology providers
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Experience building or expanding new territories
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce.com, and Tableau
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
