Job Summary

  • Perform initial examination and evaluation to establish impairment/diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care prior to intervention for all persons served with basic and some complex rehabilitation needs.
  • Communicate, coordinate and document all aspects of patient/client management including the results of the initial examination and evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, plan of care, interventions, response to interventions, barriers to progress, changes in patient/client status relative to the interventions, reexamination, and discharge/discontinuation of intervention and other patient/client management activities with members of the care team as indicated.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Active Maryland License
  • AHA HCP CPR certification
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
