Job Summary

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fiserv Incident Command Center (FICC), including monitoring Major Incidents and ensuring appropriate priority and escalation.
  • Engage in high-pressure situations during emergencies or P1/P2 Major Incidents, ensuring accurate and timely communication to Sr Leaders and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of Major Incident Managers while ensuring KPIs are met and policies are complied with.
