Job Summary

• The Engineering Project Director will lead a centralized, analytics-driven delivery model across core functional pillars including project and portfolio cost management, Source-to-Pay, and capital equipment analytics to deliver standardized, high-quality project delivery scalable services.
• This role will operate as a liaison within multiple functions across Engineering globally, ensuring seamless integration of AIN capabilities into the global execution model and accountability for project delivery performance.
• The role drives productivity, cycle time reduction, and continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and data standardization into project controls delivery, while building and leading a high-performing team.
