Job Summary

• The Rooms Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the resort Housekeeping and Guest Services departments, overseeing administrative, accounting, guest service, housekeeping, and associate development functions.
• This role will ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity, control payroll costs, communicate priorities, and manage strict room inventory to achieve the highest possible room occupancy percentage.
