This role offers an annual incentive plan bonus up to 15% of base salary along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.
The position requires overseeing the safe receiving and storage of inbound product while managing a team of Warehouse Managers and floor associates.

Salary
Base: $75,000 - $125,000; Bonus: Annual incentive plan up to 15% of base salary; Benefits: Health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, PTO, disability, stock purchase plan, life insurance

Must-have
Minimum five years warehouse supervision experience
Strong leadership and people development skills
Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and inventory control
Ability to interpret financial and operational data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice-to-have
Experience with warehouse management systems
HACCP certification preferred
PCQI certification preferred
College degree preferred over high school diploma
Union collective bargaining agreement experience
Key Requirements
