• The Creator Success Manager is a revenue-driving, creator-facing role responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of high-value creators through data-led monetization strategies, strong relationship ownership, and proactive risk management.
• You’ll own outcomes, not just relationships; success is defined by measurable revenue growth, sustained creator retention, and your ability to translate insights into action that helps creators earn more and stay engaged long-term.
• Partner closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Campaigns, and RevOps to advocate for creator needs and unlock growth, serving as the “voice of the creator” in cross-functional initiatives.
