Own the analytics delivery and the evolution and execution of the S2P data and analytics strategy, ensuring architectural coherence and identifying opportunities for advanced analytics and AI.
Proactively coach and develop the team, elevating their analytical and technical depth to meet evolving business needs and establishing high standards for analytics output.
