Job Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and organize proper records and filing systems for all documents. Manage incoming correspondences and direct them to the appropriate person for further action. Provide administrative assistance to site staff, management, and relevant teams. Prepare progress claims, track invoices, and monitor claim status. Process and raise purchase orders for sub-contractors and client payments. Assist in coordinating time sheets, leave applications, training programs, medical claims, and other employee-related administrative matters. Communicate with external parties when necessary to support business operations. Prepare and update reports to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role. Strong organizational and document management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools. Experience in handling invoices, claims, and purchase orders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
