Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic director of labor relations supporting Lowe's operations and corporate functions.
  • This position leads a team of Lowe's LR Consultants and primarily supports partners in Lowe's North Division while mitigating the risk of future disruption.
  • The role requires developing and delivering ongoing training for HR and people leaders to ensure best-in-class labor relations practices.

Key Requirements

  • 8 years experience as exempt Labor Relations Manager, Specialist, or Consultant
  • Advanced knowledge of labor & employee relations principles including laws and policies
