The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a strategic director of labor relations supporting Lowe's operations and corporate functions.
This position leads a team of Lowe's LR Consultants and primarily supports partners in Lowe's North Division while mitigating the risk of future disruption.
The role requires developing and delivering ongoing training for HR and people leaders to ensure best-in-class labor relations practices.

Must-have
8 years labor relations experience
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
Experience in unionized or non-unionized organizations
Ability to travel to US facilities
Strategic workforce engagement planning
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Human Resources
JD with employment law concentration
Advanced technology resource implementation
Strong relationship building skills

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations or equivalent experience
8 years experience as exempt Labor Relations Manager, Specialist, or Consultant
Advanced knowledge of labor & employee relations principles including laws and policies
