Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years project management experience
3 years medical products industry
Direct supervision of project managers
FDA and ISO regulatory knowledge
Oracle ERP system proficiency
End-to-end project lifecycle management
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in business or technical field
Project/Program Management certification
Experience with PDP, MTP, TDP systems
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
Willingness to travel up to 30%
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 7 years of total experience
At least 3 years in medical products industry
1 to 3 years of direct supervision experience preferred
Knowledge of FDA, ISO, MDD regulatory requirements
