This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a flagship training operation from the ground up, starting in Vienna and expanding across several European locations.
As the Head of this new centre, you will set the vision, establish operational excellence, and create a high‑performing, customer‑focused organisation that becomes a benchmark for ATS training in the region.
This is more than an operational leadership role—it’s a chance to shape the future of ATC training in Europe at CAE, and help us build a new organisation with scale and influence, and leaving a lasting legacy in a critical area of aviation safety and excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Education, or related
10+ years’ experience in aviation or aerospace
Experience in training operations (highly desirable)
Strong people leadership skills
Demonstrated success managing complex operations
Commercial and financial acumen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Familiarity with training technologies and LMS (an advantage)
