  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator immediately.
  • The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while ensuring their personal care needs are met.
