Job Summary

• Lead onboarding of new employees within the Manufacturing department, including training on industry terminology, gowning, material transfer, room cleaning, benchtop instrument use, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Organize and deliver training through classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, on-the-floor process-specific activities, and web-based training formats.
• The salary range for this position is: $69,445.00 - $89,870.00.
