Honeywell is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring quality standards are met throughout product development. The ideal candidate should have a background in electronics engineering, with at least three years of experience in quality engineering, particularly in NPI, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality control tools

Job Summary

  • Participate in the NPI project whole process, supervising the quality of the design and development process, and coordinating the work related to product quality.
  • Organize and coordinate the quality team to implement the quality planning and control work related to the NPI project, including the assessment of resources in the quality department, new material sample evaluation, change management, Quality Control Criteria, CTQ, Manufacturing Readiness, PFMEA, control plan, process and final inspection quality plan, etc.
  • Participate in the implementation and supervision of the company’s quality management system, take part in internal quality system audits and carry out process improvements to ensure the plant and products meet ISO and certification requirements.
