This critical leadership position oversees the 24/7 operations of a large-scale central utility plant, managing complex infrastructure including high-pressure steam, chilled water, HVAC, compressed air, and distribution systems.
You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of utility plant operators, refrigeration technicians, boiler technicians, controls technicians, and support staff through effective training programs and performance management.
